So basically I’ve got the option to dip your toes into the game or go all in. Each character is a touch under two inches in most directions. these are die-cut acrylic so each character has slightly different dimensions but I am sticking around the 45mm scale as a baseline. I am over the moon with how great these standees came out. Each Characters Base is die-cut to their logo. The standard clear acrylics alone look spectacular. The effects are amazing! The GITD is crazy bright. The Star holographic is also super cool. The light blue translucent is a little lighter than I expected. The original design for that figure was a bit different, but there was an issue with the proof, so I made the split-second decision to go with the full-color design we are seeing. Now that I know what I’m dealing with I have some really fun ideas for the colored translucents in the future.
This is going to be a VERY soft launch. I do not have many of these sets for this initial drop. If they sell decently I am READY to make some more. I even have some new Characters locked and loaded ready to go that will all feature different special effects. There are multiple colors of glow available…just saying. These Characters will even out the factions available in this first offering. So we will get 1 Hero Class figure for The Poisoner’s Guild, 1 Hero Class figure for The Order of The Magi, and 1 Trooper Class for the Mountain Clan. Beyond that, I teased Goliath Class Characters in the Legend located on The Rules Page, but I have already worked out some other cool stuff like Fortresses, Beasts/Bosses, Mounts, and more.
That being said, I need your help with this one. If you buy it let me know how it is or any ideas you may have. If you like it tell your friends, Post about it on socials and gaming groups you may be in, anything really to help spread the word because I can rock and roll on this for a while. I do intend on running these again soon since sets are so limited so new characters could be coming soon if you’re digging it or if it sells out. See you all on Friday!
