Well, well, well, look who it is! Been a bit gang.
Got some things going on here I’ve been working away on for quite some time, and we’re at the point where the site is transitioning a bit. Read on to see what’s coming.
Long-time readers may recall the multiple times I’ve spoken about pivoting TEWOJ into a more literary setting. For the past couple of months, I’ve been plugging away at actually doing that. Coming soon will be a new offshoot of TEWOJ, a fantasy novel series called Wizard Stalker. (You can even get the Wizard Stalker logo on many items RIGHT NOW in the DK merch store.
The first novel, The Lord Over Larrenvale, will be dropping soon! It will be 200ish pages and available in both ebook and paperback options through Amazon. I’ll also offer signed copies in the DK store. Wizard Stalker attempts to collect all the lore added to TEWOJ over the years into one codified world. These quick novels follow a new character named Vaughn, the titular Wizard Stalker, and his companion, a deviled amulet named Chief, on their adventures all across Jalldoon in classic Sword and Sorcery style. These adventures take place at the same time as the main story of Algor and his friends, so while they don’t show up in this first installment, they may in the future.
Part of this transition also includes pulling the old TEWOJ stories for rewrites and synergy with the lore. The lore page here on the site has been nuked, and you will soon see changes to the homepage. Stay tuned here or on the DK socials for more news as I have it.
