This Glossary was included with the printed Jalldoonian Lore Vol 1 book, and it will shed some light on various creatures, places, and things.
[1] Grogglin:
A race of small intelligent goblin-like creatures that reside in many corners of Jalldoon.
[2] Crystal Cat:
Large predatory felines made entirely of living crystal. Many variations can be found around Jalldoon.
[3] Glowberry Bush:
Glowberries are a common plant on Jalldoon. The berries glow at night and can be used for any number of uses. Including light making potions, and beverages.
[4] Underworld Demons:
Demons from The Realm of the Underworld that used the portal in Barrwood Forest to travel to Jalldoon.
[5] Emperor Pullo:
Current Emperor of Karnok, and lifelong friend of King Valdar of the Slimes.
[6] Gatonian:
The cat people of Jalldoon. Like many of the races on the Planet, they originated elsewhere and were brought to Jalldoon via space-time portals. The Gatonians on Jalldoon bear little resemblance to the Gatonians currently involved in the comings and goings of our Galaxy.
[7] Baron Dracktholme and Master Boshak:
Two evils in league with one another. The Baron is the representative of the Ondska Empire in this corner of Jalldoon. Master Boshak is the enemy of Slimes everywhere.
[8] Reptalos:
The lizard people of Jalldoon. Usually found in the warmer areas you can find Reptalos in most civilized regions. Having an aptitude for magic and stealth, Reptalos mages, and thieves are common.
[9] Dwarvinian:
The Dwarven people of Jalldoon. A hardy race who like the other common races have spread over nearly the entire planet. Their thick bodies and short stature make them capable warriors. While their quick minds lead many to engineering.
[10] General Skale:
One of Master Boshak’s minions, and said to be the most truly evil of all the evil Slimes.
[11] Delgon:
Another of Boshak’s servants. Delgon can infect others to follow his orders by touching them. This coupled with being the smartest of his siblings (who have also pledged their loyalty to Boshak) makes him trouble for the forces of good.
[12] Shocktroopers:
Mind-controlled servants of Baron Dracktholme. These soldiers make up the bulk of the Baron’s forces, and can be found in many different ranks and specifications.
[13] The Dark Citadel:
The base of Operations for Baron Dracktholme and Master Boshak. Located at the edge of the Inari Grasslands the Citadel is a constant source of trouble for the good people of the Southwest Region of the planet.
[14] Frowl:
A creature common to the swamps and forests of Jalldoon. Somewhere between an Owl and a Frog. The hooting croaks of Frowls echo through the night air on Jalldoon.
[15] Banshee Spirit:
A resentful ghoul that haunts graveyards, and the other places of death. Banshee Spirits feed off unwary beings who stumble into their territory.
[16] Karnokian Grog:
A spiced Ale brewed at Karnok Brewing Company. It is sold at taverns throughout the Southwest Regions of Jalldoon.
[17] The Mages Syndicate:
The official guild for Mages, Wizards, and other magic users throughout Jalldoon. Their main campus is located in the City of Karnok.
[18] Grape Weed:
An energizing plant that when brewed is served warm or chilled to help the people of Jalldoon wake up each morning.
[19] Thaddeus Crumblepot:
The current head of the Jalldoon League of Explorers. The organization is responsible for assisting and equipping those who yearn to explore every crevice of the planet.
[20] Bog Giant:
Large Masses of living plants that make their homes in the swamps, bogs, and marshes of Jalldoon.
[21] Dungeon Demons:
Small deadly gremlins are usually found in dungeons. Their red skin and purple eyes have been the last sight of many an unfortunate adventurer.
[22] Willie Root:
A plant that when smoked relaxes the user, and seems to make their problems disappear for a short time. Smoked prevalently on Jalldoon, Willie Root can be found from the smallest farmhouse to the greatest palace, and anywhere in between.
[23] Tengkorak Village:
A small village on the outskirts of the Dark Citadel. The Tengkorak people are skull headed humanoids in service of Master boshak and Baron Dracktholme.
[24] TB-36:
Toron’s personal robotic lab assistant. TB helps around the lab in many ways, and is a friend and confidant of Toron. Constantly upgraded and refined the robot gets better and better with each iteration.
[25] Crocoladon:
A large crocodile-like beast that is one of the apex predators of the waterways of Jalldoon. Scholars believe the Crocoladon has survived millions of years without changing in the slightest.
[26] Batcakes:
small bits of dough fried and covered with any number of sweets. Named after their shape which usually looks like a bat spreading its wings.
[27] Gato:
The Island nation of the Gatonian people. Mostly closed off from outsiders, Gato is a safe haven for the Gatonian’s. Gato is also home to their strong Gatonian Steel weapons which are said to be some of the planet’s best.
[28] Bakurados Bay:
The largest port on the Southwest region of Jalldoon. This bustling city has almost anything you could ever want. Be it legal or illegal you can find it at Bakurados Bay.
[29] Hogashin:
The pig people of Jalldoon. Hailing from Hoga, the Hogashin race is extremely strong, and just as strong-willed. Some say none are as loyal as the Hogashin, but if crossed none make worse enemies either.
[30] Glowberry Brandy:
A sweet glowing drink made of fermented Glowberries.
[31] Paraparadon:
Large winged beasts that fly the Jalldoonian skies. Their leathery wings and long beaks make them a terrifying sight to see, but they are mostly harmless unless provoked. Paraparadon eggs are used for a number of delicacies across the planet, but collecting them has left more than one hopeful chef looking more like a pin cushion.
[32] Bomb Bats:
Small, round, and furry, Bomb Bats look cute, but when startled these flying creatures will explode. One Bomb Bat explosion isn’t too bad, but many at once can destroy nearly anything.
[33] Bloody Morgel:
A spiced vegetable juice drink mixed with spirits, and served with a sprig of leafy greens. The Bloody Morgel is thought of as the perfect way to cure drinking too much the night before, but in reality, it only exacerbates the situation.
[34] The Divine Scarab:
A supposed celestial being that watches over Jalldoon followed by some small cults. The idea sprung from several enchanted Scarab Necklaces created be evil wizards centuries ago that enchant those near them into worshipping the holder of the necklace, but beyond making their wielder richer there is no deeper meaning.
[35] The Pride of Gato:
The personal ship of the Gatonian ruler. The Pride was on its way to Bakurados Bay when displaced by the shockwave created by Quazarec’s arrival on the planet.
[36] Crown Isle:
Home of the Covenant of Crowns meeting hall. Many members of the Covenant have grounds there to stay at while dealing with Crown business.
[37] Meven Blackthorn:
Partner of Bablov Kalba. Meven was himself an accomplished mage, and the two adventurers over the course of many travels fell in love and married. After serving the planet with honor during the Great War the two settled down into a quiet life of winemaking and enjoying life.
[38] Psychromagi:
Evil magicians in the employ of Baron Dracktholme, and experts on the various magics of Jalldoon.
[39] Brontopotamus:
A large, squat, long-necked, land and water-dwelling lizard-like herbivore that makes its home in the Vallorian Jungle.
[40] Kahnians:
Long-time foes of the Kung-Los Empire the Kahnians would come to be a force in the political landscape of the Galaxy long after the Kung-Los Empire had lost its leader somewhere in space.
